Classroom technology has blossomed to include so much more than just the teacher desktop or a lab of computers for student use. Schools are now putting DLP or LCP projectors in the classroom as well as other equipment such as document camera, wireless pads, and student response systems. Millions of dollars have been invested in classroom technology across our nation. It is up to the classroom teacher to use that technology to the fullest extent possible. To be effective at integrating technology, a teacher does not have to incorporate technology into every activity during the day. Instead a teacher needs to look at the activities during the day and determine which activity will be enhanced by the use of classroom technology.
